Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Barnns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days from the date of order received. To be eligible for a return, receipt or proof of purchase must be provided and the item must be unused and in the same condition received. Authenticity cards and dust cover (if any) must be included in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and any additional costs (taxes and duties, etc) for the return shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipment. We advise customers to use a reputable shipment company with tracking services to ensure a smooth return and exchange process. We are unable to guarantee we will receive the returned items if there is no means of tracing back the package.

Item exchanges would depend on the stock availability. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

How do I request a Return/Exchange?

  2. You will receive an email from our representative with regards to your request.

  3. You may opt to use our preferred delivery partner or arrange your own delivery.

  4. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be notified via email. Items returned will be inspected at our discretion.

  5. Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about your return status. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This will take 3-5 working days.

  6. When the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  7. In the event that the item(s) is found to not meet the return criteria, item(s) will be shipped back to the customer and shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

  8. For item exchanges, if the value of the replacement item is higher than the original item, an e-invoice for the new item will be issued. Once the payment has been received, we will proceed to refund the returned item and ship the new item.

What methods of refund are available?

The customer can choose from the following options:

  1. Original payment method
  2. Online Voucher amounting to the original item price. Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

I have not received my refund. What should I do?

It may take some time before the refund is officially posted, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, sales items are not eligible for any cancellation or return.

Warranty Period
